Sodium Lactate is a natural salt found in human skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor. It provides increased moisturizing when used in skin care and hair care products.
Origin: Manufactured via biotechnology, using a cultured strain of bacteria that is GMO free.
Use Levels: 2-5% in all applications.
Formulating: This water soluble active can be used to help with buffering of a formulation as well as bringing moisturising benefits.
