Ingredients: Sodium PCA, Purified Water
Sodium PCA 50% is a natural moisturising factor of the skin and is also found in human skin. It is obtained from glutamic acid. Glutamic acid is found in wheat, sugar cane and many other plants.
It has been found to reduce fly-away in hair products and to improve the condition of hair and skin in both rinse off and leave on formulations.
Sodium PCA is rich in sodium salts.
Origin: Derived from Amino Acids which are sourced from sugar and modified using biotechnology.
Activity: 50%
Solubility: Water soluble.
Heat Stability: Good - can be added into the water phase prior to heating but avoid temperatures over 75C.
Use Levels: 1-3%
